Yes, of course, when it comes to eye care and eyewear, we are always here to help. Contact us during regular office hours, and one of our licensed opticians will schedule an appointment to assess the damaged eyewear and present repair/replacement options.

If your prescription is current, you may supply us with your prescription information by one of the following methods:
  • Supply us with printed or digital copy of your prescription signed by the prescribing optometrist;
  • Authorize the eye care professionals at our north Edmonton clinic and optical to request your prescription on your behalf from the prescribing clinic; or
  • If your prescription is not current or you feel that it may have changed, we would happily schedule an eye exam for you with one of our optometrists.

Eyeglasses are a personalized product. Accordingly, the price of eyeglasses depends on a multitude of criteria unique to you - your prescription, lens design, lens index, number and type of lens coatings, frame type, frame materials, etc. Our Single Vision Women's Eyeglass Packages (Frame + Lenses) begin at only $139.

In general, it is our position that most individuals benefit from scratch-resistant, anti-reflective, oleophobic, and blue light filtering lens coatings. However, an individual's lifestyle and how they use their eyes the most influence the level of benefit they offer. Our licensed opticians always present patients with options, share how they address their particular needs, and identify how they would benefit. The final decision on whether to include lens coatings is always that of the patient. Our responsibility is to inform patients before they make such an important decision.

Pupillary Distance (PD) measurements are not included in an eyeglass prescription, as they are taken only as part of an eyewear purchase. If you're considering purchasing prescription eyewear online, please read the following reasons why that may not be your best option.
