- Supply us with a hard copy or digital copy of your prescription signed by the prescribing optometrist;
- Authorize our eye care professionals to request your prescription on your behalf from the prescribing clinic; or
- If your prescription is not current, or you feel that your prescription may have changed, we would happily schedule you an eye exam with one of our optometrists.
