Clinic Policies
Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24 hours notice is required for notice of appointment cancellation. Failure to provide adequate notice (24 hrs) will result is a $75 fee applied to the patient's account. Payment of this fee, in-full, is required before booking a subsequent appointment.
Respectful Workplace
eye-deology Vision Care maintains a zero tolerance policy towards all abusive, disrespectful, and bullying behavior. Accordingly, eye-deology Vision Care will exercise its right to refuse service to any patron demonstrating inappropriate behaviour towards staff, patients, or other visitors to the clinic.
Mask Policy
We are committed to keeping our patients, staff, and community safe as we transition to a post-COVID-19 era. Accordingly, as recommended by Alberta Heatlh for indoor personal care services, we will require all patients and visitors to the clinic to wear a mask.
